Of many names that passed through the minds of our Pastors, the Lord led them to name the church "ADULLAM" which means: place of refuge or place where the power of God is manifested in the character of its inhabitants. The name Adullam comes from the biblical passage found in 1 Samuel 22:12. The beauty of this story is that these people arrived at the cave of Adullam full of problems. However, as time passed they became great warriors, people who made a difference, history makers. Therefore, our vision for you is in the same manner. We envision for God to glorified Himself in your life. (2 Samuel 23:8-39)
Adullam Church in its 7 years of existence has been characterized as a church where you can belong without being marginalized. We and our Pastors believe that the agent of change is the Holy Spirit and unquestionably how you have come to this place God through His Spirit will transform you into the person He desires, just as He did with those men who joined David in the cave of Adullam. God will do it with you! Adullam Church was born in the heart of God and grafted into the hearts of our Pastors Ricardo & Edith Campos, but officially planted January 10, 2016 at High Point High School with a membership of six brave people who believed God. In these 7 years we have experienced the support of God in a tangible way, one of the great blessings for our ministry is to be able to move to this building where by His grace we can carry out our functions more easily. However, we are convinced that this is only a beginning and that the best is yet to come. Adullam Church, is affiliated to the council of The Assemblies of God. We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, that salvation is through Christ alone, and in baptism in the Holy Spirit.
